Report: Update On WWE European Tryout, Talent Invited

A new report provides an update on WWE‘s European tryout and some of the talent who are set to be involved.

As previously reported, WWE was set to hold a tryout in Europe in March alongside their European tour. Further details have been unclear up to this point.

Corey Brennan of Fightful (via Fightful Select) reports that the tryout is scheduled for March 30th, and sources say that it will be a smaller group than WWE’s previous tryouts in Europe.

Brennan writes that Rhio and Man Like DeReiss have been invited to the tryout, and they are set to participate. Rhio has tried out for the company in the past, while DeReiss had a recent tryout for TNA.

Additionally, PROGRESS World Champion Luke Jacobs, Goldenboy Santos, and Zozaya have been invited after they appeared as extras during WWE’s European tour. Adam Maxted has been invited as well, per Brennan. The report also notes that sources said it was “highly unlikely” that Michael Oku would be invited to the tryout.

WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
