Braun Strowman believes he’s found his ticket to a match next month at WrestleMania 41.
Following last night’s episode of WWE SmackDown, Braun Strowman spoke with Cathy Kelley in an Online Exclusive. When asked about getting a United States Title match next week against LA Knight through a disqualification win, Strowman said he’ll take the win any way he can get it. Strowman also believes capturing the title next week will guarantee himself a spot on the WrestleMania card.
“Look, when you’re fighting three guys every week, you take a win however you can get it,” Braun Strowman said. “Disqualification, so be it, whatever. I’m the number one contender for the United States Championship right now.
“That’s the one title that has eluded me in my entire WWE career. I win the United States Championship, I’m a Grand Slam title [holder], and a guaranteed shoe-in at WrestleMania. So what do you think my motives are for this, Cathy? Have a good day!”
Strowman will challenge LA Knight for the United States Championship next week on WWE SmackDown.
