Jey Uso had an off night earlier this week on WWE RAW.
Earlier this week on WWE RAW, Jey Uso won a very quick match against Austin Theory. After the match, Uso got into a tussle with both members of A-Town Down Under and in disposing of both men performed a typical dive over the top rope. Unfortunately for Jey, he got caught going over the top ropes and was luckily caught by Theory and Waller on the way down preventing a potential injury in the process.
Uso’s botch went viral online and his detractors were out in full force. Those detractors in particular tried to use this incident as a reason why Jey doesn’t deserve his title match against Gunther at WrestleMania 41 next month.
Surprisingly, Jey took to his Instagram Stories to acknowledge the botch, and downplayed the situation, stating the following:
“OK LOOK.. SOMETIMES PLAYAS F*CK UP!!! *Three crying laughing emojis* IMMA HIT DIS FRONT FLIP NEXT MONDAY THO I KNOW DAT!!!! YEET,” Jey Uso said in a post.
