AEW Dynamite Viewership Increases On 3/19, Demo Also Rises

AEW Dynamite saw another increase in viewership on March 19, despite going up against the NCAA March Madness tournament.

According to Wrestlenomics, 658,000 viewers watched the show on Wednesday night, and the show drew a 0.19 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. The viewership is up from last week’s episode when 628,000 viewers tuned in. The demo also rose from last week‘s episode, which drew a 0.16 rating in the same demographic.

Viewership for Wednesday’s show on MAX is unknown at this time.

What happened on AEW Dynamite this week?

This week’s show kicked off with both Speedball Mike Bailey and Ricochet pinning Mark Davis in an International Eliminator Four Way. They will now both face International Champion Kenny Omega at Dynasy.

Mercedes Mone successfully defended the TBS Championship against Billie Starkz.

In a street fight, Jon Moxley defeated Cope to retain the AEW World Championship. Afterward, Dax Harwood walked out on Cope for losing the match.

The main event of the show saw Megan Bayne defeat Kris Statlander. Toni Storm and Bayne brawled after the match and Storm challenged her to a match next month at Dynasty.
