Indi Hartwell shares some words of encouragement that AJ Styles sent her following her WWE release.
WWE released Indi Hartwell, a former NXT Women’s Champion, in November. Over the next few months waiting out her 90-day non-compete clause and preparing for the next chapter of her career. She recently returned to the ring at the Renegades of Wrestling We Are Renegades event on March 9th.
In the latest episode of her vlog, Indi Hartwell shared a message that AJ Styles sent to her on social media following her WWE release.
The message read, “Keep battling, don’t quit. The reason for everything is always there. Don’t let this be the end of the story. If there is anything I can do to help, please let me know.”

Hartwell also faced AEW star Mercedes Moné at the House of Glory City of Dreamz event on March 15th.
Indi Hartwell On Her Future
Hartwell recently commented on her future while speaking on Backstage Pass (via MCW Pro Wrestling). She was asked to comment on what she’d be looking for in her next potential promotion.
“I would say what I’m looking for is professionalism,” Hartwell said. “Obviously, coming from WWE, they have the best production in the world. So being part of that, it just looks amazing, and it paints everyone in a good light as well. So I look at those companies that have good production, and there are a lot out there that I’ve heard of. But I haven’t booked any yet, so stay tuned.”
