Kevin Nash names one WWE star who has stood out to him in recent weeks.
Nash often discusses the WWE product on his podcast, and he shares a range of opinions about WWE television on a weekly basis. In recent weeks, the WWE Hall of Famer has been impressed by one member of the roster in particular.
During the most recent episode of his Kliq This podcast, Kevin Nash praised CM Punk for his work on WWE RAW over the past month in the lead-up to Elimination Chamber and WrestleMania 41.
“I thought the Punk promo was very good,” Kevin Nash said. “He’s been the highlight of the last month for me, I think.”
Kevin Nash On Pull-Apart Brawls
The praise is a bit surprising coming from Nash, who has been rather critical of Punk in the past. Nash also noted that pull-apart brawls, like the one that Rollins and Punk had, were one of the most exhausting things you could do.
“Number one, from a standpoint of being one of the boys and doing a pull apart, that is one of the most exhausting fn’ things you can do,” Kevin Nash said. “I’m sure that the people that they have as security are from the performance center, because the worst thing that you can do is actually grab the f–kin’ guy. See how their hands are all loose? Nobody is cinching, because that’s how you tear a tricep.” (H/t Wrestling Inc.)
