The NXT Women’s Championship changed hands at WWE NXT Roadblock.
At WWE NXT Roadblock, NXT Women’s Champion Giulia faced NXT Women’s North American Champion Stephanie Vaquer in a Title vs. Title match, where both championships were on the line. In the end, Giulia hit Arrivederci, but Vaquer escaped the Northern Lights Bomb and dropped Giulia with two SVBs for the win. In doing so, she retained her title and won the NXT Women’s Championship.

With the win, Vaquer won the NXT Women’s Championship for the first time. Giulia was in her first reign; she won the gold at NXT New Year’s Evil in January and reigned for 63 days.
