Indi Hartwell competed in her first match since her WWE release, and she emerged victorious.
WWE released Hartwell in November, and she recently became a free agent after her 90-day non-compete clause expired. Hartwell was announced for her first post-WWE match when Renegades of Wrestling confirmed that she would be in action at their March 9th event in Melbourne, Australia.
Hartwell faced Aysha at the show and defeated her to win the Renegades of Wrestling Women’s Championship.
Hartwell has also been announced for House of Glory’s “City of Dreamz” event on March 15th.
Indi Hartwell’s WWE Run
Hartwell signed with WWE in November 2019 and spent several years in NXT. She became part of The Way with Johnny Gargano, Candice LeRae, and Austin Theory. During her time in NXT, Hartwell and LeRae won the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship. Hartwell went on to win the NXT Women’s Championship at NXT Stand & Deliver 2023.
LeRae and Hartwell were selected by WWE RAW in the 2023 WWE Draft. They later moved to SmackDown in the 2024 WWE Draft. Hartwell’s last WWE match was at the WWE SmackDown taping on October 25th, 2024; she and LeRae lost to Bayley and Naomi.
