Hammerstone clears the air and says that he is not injury-prone; he details how he had to get cleared after he had pneumonia.
In a tweet, Hammerstone addressed the discourse about how he was out with injuries for most of the year and the claims that he was injury-prone. He stated that he had knee surgery in December, and he came back in February.
Hammerstone went on to explain that a local state commission had a doctor listen to his heart and lungs, and they misdiagnosed him with having a heart commission. He said that he got sent home, and he went to the hospital, where he learned that he had pneumonia.
Hammerstone stated that he went on a wild goose chase, getting test after test, and he was ultimately fine. He reiterated that he never stopped wrestling, but he had to get cleared so he could get back on television. Hammerstone then clarified that he was not injured, and he was not injury-prone. He also said that he spent $20,000 for “something that was never an issue in the first place.”
