Tam Nakano Future Plans Revealed After ‘Loser Leaves STARDOM’ Match Defeat

Saya Kamitani defeated Tam Nakano in their high stakes “Loser Leaves STARDOM” match, forcing Nakano to lose her spot on the STARDOM roster.

However, not all hope is lost for Tam Nakano and Cosmic Angels fans. Upon losing the match, Tam begged for another chance to reinstate herself into STARDOM. Saya, although reluctant, eventually agreed to an even higher stakes match. The two then made a Career vs. Career Match official for STARDOM All Star Grand Queendom 2025 this April. To up the ante further, the World of Stardom Championship will also be on the line.

Tam Nakano’s in-ring competition terms moving forward

At STARDOM’s Cinderella Tournament 2025 press conference, STARDOM President Taro Okada clarified Tam Nakano’s competing terms moving forward. She will be allowed to compete and appear in STARDOM shows only as a freelancer. This is in light of her defeat in the “Loser Leaves STARDOM” match against Saya Kamitani on March 3rd. However, at All Star Grand Queendom 2025, the loser of the match must put their wrestling career to an end.

“I [President Okada] spoke with Tam Nakano today, and she expressed her intention to fight for her retirement from professional wrestling. Therefore, we have concluded a contract with Tam Nakano to participate in matches hosted by our company until April 27, with some exceptions. We will accept any other events, goods, appearances, etc. that have already been announced. We have already received requests from outside media outlets for appearances, but we are accepting those that we have already received beforehand and declining those that are scheduled after the 27th,” President Okada revealed.

Tam Nakano has openly expressed considering retirement from wrestling in the past. However, she remains hellbent on fighting for her career in spite of these premonitions. On the other hand, Saya Kamitani has no plans of losing her World of Stardom title nor her career any time soon.

What are your thoughts on these terms set by STARDOM, Tam Nakano, and Saya Kamitani? Could STARDOM really bid farewell to one of its top competitors come April? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section.
