Tam Nakano Says She Wouldn’t Go To WWE If They Offered Her 2.5 Billion Yen

Tam Nakano is all in with STARDOM, as she says she wouldn’t go to WWE, even if they offered her 2.5 billion yen.

Speaking with Tokyo Sports, Tam Nakano commented on her loss to Saya Kamitani in a Loser Leaves STARDOM match and stated that she did not plan on wrestling outside of STARDOM. Looking ahead to her Career vs. Career match against Kamitani, she noted that the only thing left to do was retire.

“Of course, I knew that if I lost today, I would disappear from Stardom,” she said. “But honestly, I don’t plan on wrestling outside of STARDOM one percent of the time. Even if WWE asked me to sign a contract with them for 2.5 billion dollars, I wouldn’t go. That’s how much I’ve given to wrestling for Stardom, so the only thing left is to retire.”

Nakano, a former Artist of STARDOM Champion, has been with the company since 2017. She and STARDOM recently agreed to end their exclusive contract agreement, so Tam will compete as a freelancer until her match with Saya Kamitani at All Star Grand Queendom 2025 on April 27th.

Outside of STARDOM, Nakano has also wrestled for NJPW, and she has competed for AEW through NJPW’s relationship with the company.
