- Team Undertaker: Bayley Humphrey, Elijah Holyfield, Tyra Mae Steele, and Shiloh Hill
- Team Booker T: Anthony Luke, Leigh Laurel, Jasper Troy, and Penina Tuilaepa
- Team Bubba Ray: BJ Ray (Brayden Ray), Zena Sterling, Drake Morreaux, and Tatyanna Dumas

- Case Hutch & Cutler James def. Drake Starks & Josh Black
- Chris Island vs. Shiloh Hill ended in a No Contest due to a knockout.
- Dani Sekelsky def. Penina Tuilaepa
- Drake Morreaux def. Anthony Luke
During the show, it was announced that BJ Ray suffered an injury, so Bubba Ray Dudley would pick someone to replace him. Bubba later picked Cutler James as his replacement.
Michelle McCool appeared on the show as well.
