The Young Bucks have had an illustrious career. Both Matthew and Nicholas Jackson have wrestled in multiple promotions such as New Japan Pro Wrestling, Ring of Honor, All Elite Wrestling, and many more.
Recently, the Bucks named which moment was their favorite in their careers. The Bucks shared that their favorite moment was being a part of Sting’s retirement match. It was an anything-goes Tornado Tag Team match at AEW Revolution 2024. There, they wrestled Darby Allin and Sting for the AEW World Tag Team Titles. Sting and Darby Allin managed to pick up the win and Sting’s wrestling career came to an end with him remaining undefeated in AEW.
In light of the one-year anniversary of Sting’s retirement match, @DrainBamager shared highlights of Sting’s final match at AEW Revolution. The Bucks replied by calling Sting’s retirement match as the favorite night of their careers.
“1 year ago today in the main event of Revolution PPV, Sting/Darby Allin vs Young Bucks for the AEW World Tag Team Championships! Tremendous match. Literally the perfect retirement farewell for the Icon known as STING, who ended his AEW run with a 29-0 record,” Drainmaker tweeted.
“Favorite night of our career,” the Bucks tweeted.
