R-Truth continues to struggle with accepting John Cena‘s heel turn.
Cena shockingly turned heel at WWE Elimination Chamber as he attacked Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes. Fans and wrestlers continue to react to his betrayal, and R-Truth in particular is having a hard time.
Truth has made multiple posts about John Cena’s heel turn on social media, as he noted that he might “crash out.” In a new post, he questioned Cena’s actions by writing, “What about Cenation? What about the fans? John …are you For Real sayin “ F*ck them kids “ ? asking for a friend”
Truth has often referred to Cena as his “childhood hero”, and he has even parodied the 16-time world champion.
The Rock On John Cena’s Heel Turn
The Rock discussed John Cena’s heel turn at the Elimination Chamber post-show conference and said that it stood beside other iconic angles.
“It was an amazing moment,” The Rock said. “We as entertainers, whether in pro wrestling or in film or television or whatever it is, you really live for moments like that, where you can hopefully create something that can be very compelling and moving for the audience and take tonight, 38,000 strong here in Toronto, and what we have collectively thought about and talked about in the back before and certainly after this moment is, no one knew really what was gonna happen.
“Maybe a few called it, but for the most part, I thought the moment was incredible. I personally love that, and I have been around the block in terms of being a pro wrestler. I grew up in this business, so I love this business. What I felt tonight, and I’ve been a part of some really phenomenal professional wrestling angles, and as kid growing up, we all have seen some amazing professional wrestling angles, I felt like tonight stood beside all of those that were the iconic angles. So it was really incredible.”
