Leyla Hirsch has been removed from AEW’s official roster page, seemingly confirming her departure from the company.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider previously reported that Hirsch’s AEW contract would expire on February 28th. She was not expected to re-sign, meaning she would become a free agent.
Hirsch had been listed on AEW’s roster page as of February 28th, but she has been removed. She previously missed a substantial chunk of time starting in 2022 due to an ACL injury, and she returned to the ring in July 2023. Since then, Hirsch has mostly been competing on the Ring of Honor brand. She has not wrestled for AEW/ROH since ROH Final Battle on December 20th. There, she unsuccessfully challenged Red Velvet for the ROH Women’s World Television Championship.
Hirsch previously signed with AEW in 2021. She had been wrestling for the company since 2020.
