Report: Stephanie McMahon To Launch New Podcast

It sounds like Stephanie McMahon is ready to hit the airwaves in a new way.

According to a new report from WrestleVotes, McMahon will host an official WWE podcast in the near future.

“A very interesting name is set to debut an official WWE podcast soon—Stephanie McMahon will be launching her own podcast series, expected this spring,” WrestleVotes wrote on Twitter. “Given her life and experiences in wrestling, this series should be as compelling as they come.

WWE previously had podcasts with The New Day (Feel The Power) and Corey Graves (WWE After The Bell). Both shows went on hiatus in November 2023.

If it comes to fruition, this is just the latest new project featuring Stephanie McMahon. Last month, WWE confirmed she will host “Stephanie’s Places,” which debuts on ESPN+ in March.

Stephanie McMahon explains why she needed some time away from WWE

Stephanie McMahon recently appeared on the Pat McAfee Show and spoke about her past (and future) in the pro wrestling business. McAfee asked if Stephanie ever reflects on what it’s like growing up around WWE in the manner she did. Stephanie said her absence from WWE showed her the company will always be a part of her, and she feels blessed to be part of it.

“So, one of the things I learned when I stepped away was that I’ll never get away from WWE, ever. It is a part of who I am, it is what I love. I really did grow up in this business,” McMahon explained.

“I did modeling for the [WWF merchandise] catalog and I didn’t get paid for that, we didn’t have child models at that time, it was just the employees’ kids that were just dressed up. I’ve lived this amazing life with so many opportunities to meet just incredible people and be part of something so special that connects people all over the world. I feel it everywhere I go in every arena I go to. It’s just something that is so special.”

McAfee also addressed speculation that Stephanie wanted to get away from WWE when she stepped down from her role in the company. He then asked her if there was a moment when she looked back with pride while she was gone.

“I never stopped being proud, ever,” Stephanie stated. “I do think I wanted to disappear for a little while, and I kinda did. And it was good for me, I needed it. And now I’m back.”
