Chelsea Green thinks that the Elimination Chamber could set the tone for even more WWE PLE’s in Canada.
WWE are bringing their yearly event to Toronto next month, with Canadian’s Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens facing off in their home country. This is the next in a long list of WWE shows in Canada, and Chelsea Green hopes this will lead to WrestleMania in Canada again.
Chelsea Green sat down with Conman167 and spoke about the upcoming Elimination Chamber.
“That’s huge because, first of all, this is the first time we’ve been back at that venue since WrestleMania 18—so it’s very iconic for all of us Canadians. But I think this is setting the tone for the future of WWE premium live events in Canada,” said Chelsea Green
“I feel like we had a really amazing 2025 event. Actually, we’ve had a great past five years for Canadian shows. And I’m really hoping, praying, wishing, manifesting that we can possibly have a WrestleMania again in Canada. Oh, that would be awesome, right?”
“So, I think this is setting the tone. We had an amazing Money in the Bank show, and I believe that was our highest-grossing Canadian stadium or arena show. Then we had an incredible Survivor Series—the crowd was insane! I don’t even know how many awesome chants we got. I was in the crowd listening, and I was just blown away. And now, of course, we’re coming back to Rogers and a stadium. It’s like—what’s next?” Chelsea Green added.
Chelsea Green Also Wants A Royal Rumble In Canada
Continuing, Chelsea Green admitted she wishes the Royal Rumble would come to Canada.
“I guess it would be really amazing to have a Royal Rumble because, um, we don’t get to see that many superstars at one time. Do you know what I mean? As Canadians, we just feel like, ‘Oh my gosh, the show is here!’ I don’t even care who’s on it, we’re just blessed to have this show here.”
“We don’t get enough entertainment, especially in the middle of Canada. I mean, Toronto and Vancouver are a little bit better, but in the middle of Canada, you get nothing. Imagine if we had 60—minimum 60—WWE superstars in one city. That would be just incredible for Royal Rumbles,” Chelsea Green added.
