Mick Foley is grateful for Tony Khan and All Elite Wrestling.
WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley recently sat down with For The Love Of Wrestling at Monopoly Events. When asked how important he believes AEW has been to WWE’s current success, Foley said he’s grateful for AEW getting wrestlers the money they deserve.
“Well, I think they’ve been really important in raising the remuneration that wrestlers receive. I’m not saying this out of any disrespect, but WWE is to me in its own league. But I’m really grateful for AEW. They have great matches on a regular basis, and without them, the WWE Superstars would not be making what they deserve. So thank you, Tony Khan.”
Also during the interview, Foley noted that he believes he could have some great matches during his prime with AEW’s Darby Allin and Jon Moxley.
