MVP Defends Recent Advice He Gave To Will Ospreay

MVP doubles down on the advice he’s given to Will Ospreay.

During a recent appearance on Huge Pop, MVP revealed he has told Will Ospreay to dial back on some of his television performances and save it for pay-per-views and things of that nature because the bump card is a real thing and what he’s doing right now is sustainable longterm.

This advice has divided fans online. With one going as far as to say that MVP wants wrestling to be boring and that people like him shouldn’t be in AEW.

MVP took to social media to respond to this notion, tweeting out:

“No. I want him to be healthy and not beat his body to shit so that he can do the spectacular things he does for a very long time. I won’t apologize for actually CARING about my colleagues and friends health,” MVP said in a post.

Will Ospreay is set to compete in a steel cage match against Kyle Fletcher next month at AEW Revolution.
