Moose will defend the TNA X-Division Championship on the February 25th episode of WWE NXT, which will be held in Cincinnati, Ohio.
TNA X-Division Champion Moose appeared on the February 18th episode and confronted NXT Champion Oba Femi. He challenged Femi to a match, and Femi agreed to face him. Later in the show, Moose crossed paths with another champion.
The TNA star was walking backstage when he bumped into NXT Heritage Cup Champion Lexis King. King noted that he beat JDC, Moose’s stablemate in The System, the week before. He then made it clear that he wanted a title shot. Moose said that all he had to do was ask. He told King he’d give him a title shot on the February 25th episode of WWE NXT.
TNA World Tag Team Champions The Hardys (Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy) are also set to compete on the February 25th episode of NXT.
