Booker T is very happy that Jordynne Grace is getting her shot at the WWE experience.
Last Saturday night was the WWE NXT Vengeance Day Premium Live Event. Following the main event, former TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace confronted the newly crowned NXT North American Champion Stephanie Vaquer, and the NXT Women’s Champion Giulia. \
Recently, WWE Hall of Famer Booker T shared his thoughts on Grace joining the NXT Women’s roster. While speaking on the latest edition of his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T shared his excitement about Grace joining NXT. He also mentioned that he believed the Juggernaut would joining the main roster right away.
“Back to Vengeance Day, I thought Jordynne Grace was going to straight to the main roster. But it looks like she’s going to be sticking around NXT for a minute. She showed up like… Her and Stephanie Vaquer may have something. You know, as well as… I mean the sky is the limit for Jordynne Grace. I mean, she looks so ready for this moment. I swear to God, she looks so ready for this moment. I’m so glad for her.
“I’m so glad for her to actually have this time to shine. Because I tell… I said about everybody you know, as far as guys getting in the business, girls getting in this business and they’ve never worked in WWE. And they really don’t understand what the machine is all about.”
Booker T wants professional wrestlers to try and have the ‘WWE Experience’ at least once
During the same interview, the WWE Hall of Famer mentioned that professional wrestlers who have never worked in the Stamford-based promotion to strive and sign with the company. Because they need to experience it at least once.
“Some of them can get to the point where, ‘I really don’t want to do that I don’t know if I ever really want to work WWE.’ I’m going to tell you right now, it’s the best feeling you could ever possibly have in your career. Being on that stage just one time. It’s different than anything you are ever going to be a part of. And I’m not just talking about WrestleMania. I’m talking about all the big shows. It’s such an amazing adrenaline rush.
“And if you go through your career, if you go through it without experiencing it just one time, I’m going to tell you right now. You going to be the one that have missed out on a moment that you could never get back ever ever ever again. And that’s one thing I always say that you don’t want to go to the grave saying, ‘Man, I wish I had given it a shot. At least once.’ So, I encourage every young person that is out there, if they can actually get a chance to do it, take that ride at least once,” Booker T said.
