Ludwig Kaiser Fought To Be On WWE Bash In Berlin, But Understands Why He Wasn’t

Ludwig Kaiser fought to get on the Bash In Berlin card. Despite his best efforts, he still understands why he couldn’t be included.

The German national did not wrestle on the WWE Bash in Berlin card last year. Despite it being the first time WWE brought a PLE to his home country, he was not one of the featured stars at the event. While he did get to announce Gunther for his match against Randy Orton, Ludwig Kaiser really wanted to wrestle in his home country on the biggest stage possible.

Appearing on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, Ludwig Kaiser spoke about missing out on wrestling on that card. He admits that he fought to get on the card but appreciated the immense talent ahead of him in the pecking order in WWE.

He understood why he wasn’t on the card, but vowed to work hard to be on all future ones.

“I did fight for it. I did. There were conversations about it, and it wasn’t really clear if it would happen or not. But again, it’s tough, man. It’s a PLE. We have so much stuff. If you look at the card that night, it is almost impossible to even get on there. So much star power,” Kaiser said.

“And again, we have the greatest superstars in the world. When I look at that card, I understand why I wasn’t on that card that night, but I damn well know I will be. I will 100% be. Because Germany showed out that night, and it’s a great market for the company, and, yeah it’s my first time there with WWE really. There’s a lot of shows to come, and a lot of opportunities, and I can definitely promise you, Ludwig Kaiser is going to use all of those,” Ludwig Kaiser added.
