Tonight’s NXT Vengeance Day saw the debut of a mystery group, who arrived unprompted during the NXT Tag Team Championship Match to wreak havoc.
During the match, which was between the defending champions Fraxiom (Nathan Frazer & Axiom) and Josh Briggs and Yoshiki Inamura, the group shocked fans by storming the ring and cutting the match short.
The group — which consisted of Cutler James, Dion Lennox, Saquon Shugars, and Osiris Griffin — absolutely went to town on the four men in the ring before leaving the ring without much fanfare.
The arrival of the group comes after various teases that have been airing for the past few weeks, but it’s still unclear exactly what the group is after or what they call themselves.
