Blair Davenport has been released by WWE.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider reported the news on February 7th, and Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select confirmed the news as well. Davenport’s release came alongside those of the Authors of Pain and Paul Ellering. Cedric Alexander also announced his departure. Johnson and Sapp also reported that Sonya Deville was informed that her contract would not be renewed.
Per Sapp, sources said there had not been any creative plans for Davenport since she was called up to the main roster.
Blair Davenport, also known as Bea Priestly, signed with WWE in 2021, and she had a run on NXT UK. She later moved to NXT and won the Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge in 2023. Davenport was moved up to the main roster in the 2024 WWE Draft. She debuted on SmackDown in June and wrestled four more times on television, not including a WWE Speed match. She last wrestled on the November 22nd episode of WWE SmackDown.
