Chelsea Green takes the responsibility of being the first Women’s United States Champion very seriously.
WWE SmackDown Superstar Chelsea Green recently sat down with Scott Fishman of TV Insider. When asked about being the first Women’s United States Champion, Green said this title is the pinnacle of her career so far.
“Personally, of course, this is the pinnacle of my career,” Chelsea Green said. “I’m living my best life. I’m living my dream. On a bigger stage, it’s women in sports. Women sports have been incredible in 2024 going into 2025. It is really an honor to be the first-ever. The inaugural. Hopefully, I’m doing this title proud.”
When asked what she hopes to get out of this title reign, Green said she’d love to go into WrestleMania as champion and successfully defend her title.
“I would love to take it all the way to WrestleMania and take it past that,” Green said. “I want to take it on vacation to a tropical beach and have a pina colada. The world is my oyster.”
