Dustin Rhodes Confronts MJF On AEW Dynamite

Dustin Rhodes and MJF had a heated confrontation on the February 5th episode of AEW Dynamite.

MJF came to the ring and briefly sent a message to Jeff Jarrett. He called the legend “geriatric” and said that AEW stood for All Elite Wrestling, not All Elderly Wrestling. Max Caster ran into the ring, trying to avoid the wrath of “Hangman” Adam Page. Page came out and confronted Caster. He stared down MJF and chased Caster into the crowd.

MJF said that nobody was on the level of “The Devil” before Dustin Rhodes interrupted. Rhodes sent MJF a heated message by telling him to keep Owen Hart’s name out of his mouth. He also told MJF to stop bad-mouthing those who struggled with substance addiction, as he was one of those people. Rhodes said that he had overcome his demons, as he made his way out of hell, so he could say that MJF was not the devil.

MJF responded by taking some shots at Rhodes before saying that he took 37 years to get out of his father’s shadow. He started to say that Dustin was in his little brother’s shadow, referring to Cody Rhodes, before Dustin dropped him. They brawled, and they were pulled apart. MJF then hit Rhodes below the belt, and he ended the showdown standing tall.
