Penta arrived in WWE without his brother Rey Fenix, but he’s shown that he can stand on his own without an issue.
WWE RAW Superstar Penta recently spoke with Shakiel Mahjouri of SHAK Wrestling. When asked if he needed to adapt his style as a singles competitor arriving in WWE without his Rey Fenix, Penta said he’s comfortable as both a singles and tag star and explained the differences between the two.
“No, I’m very comfortable,” Penta admitted. “Because Penta myself in the ring is more aggressive, more violence. A more different style around the world. But when my brother is with me, with the tag team, it’s different. More dynamic, more special, more high flying. This is the difference, but I feel comfortable with both.”
Rey Fenix is still under contract with All Elite Wrestling due to injury time tacked on. That deal will expire at some point later this year.
