Bayley wants WWE to run a second all-women’s event.
In 2018, WWE rode the wave of the women’s revolution by running their first-ever women-only pay-per-view. The event, titled WWE Evolution, featured stars like Becky Lynch, Ronda Rousey and Trish Stratus all competing in one of the best shows of the year.
During the WWE 2K25 Hands-On Event, Bayley spoke to ScreenRant where she spoke about the possibility of a second Evolution 2. The former WWE Women’s Champion said it was the perfect time for it, given the amount of opportunities women’s wrestlers have in the WWE nowadays.
“That’s even more opportunities for [women’s wrestling] to be showcased, you know? There’s so much more to do, there are so many more goals for us, now we have two more titles we can go after. I’ve been dying for an Evolution 2, and I think now is the perfect time,” Bayley said.
“Bigger than ever, we have more girls than ever. We can have a freaking back-to-back two night show if we wanted to, like WrestleMania. There’s so many girls, so many at NXT, we got this TNA partnership, we got two new titles. What are we doing? Let’s do it!”
Bayley previously suggested that women from NXT be involved in a potential second Evolution show, although WWE has shown no signs of running the event.
