Punk beat Sami Zayn in an Elimination Chamber qualifying match on the February 3rd episode of WWE RAW. Zayn shook his hand after the bell, but the respectful moment was quickly interrupted.
Just days after he lost to Cody Rhodes at WWE Royal Rumble, Kevin Owens attacked Zayn from behind. He then dropped his former friend and tag team partner with a Package Piledriver.
Zayn briefly got involved in Owens’ match with Rhodes at WWE Royal Rumble, as he came out to check on Owens during the bout.
With his win, CM Punk joined John Cena in the Men’s Elimination Chamber. The winner of the match will earn a world title shot at WWE WrestleMania 41.
