Jey Uso shares his thoughts in the aftermath of his win at WWE Royal Rumble.
At WWE Royal Rumble, Jey Uso punched his ticket to WWE WrestleMania 41 by winning the Men’s Royal Rumble. He will face either Gunther or Cody Rhodes for their respective world title.
At the WWE Royal Rumble Post-Show, Jey Uso commented on his win.
“It means a lot, Uce,” he said. “I think the company going forward with me, they trust me now. I’m not gonna let them down. There was some heavy hitters in there. I was a heavy hitter too. Like John says, my time is now, and I was screaming that the whole night. It’s my turn. Y’all gonna see. I’m just gonna go up from here. The Yeet train is just now getting started. Y’all just let me rock, let me keep cooking.”
When asked whether he had thought about which title he wanted to challenge for, Jey Uso said that he wanted another crack at Gunther, but he wasn’t sure.
“When I won the Royal Rumble, I was screaming, ‘Gunther, Gunther, Gunther.’ But [now] it’s after the Rumble, I’m looking at both of them like, alright, we gonna yeet here or yeet here? I don’t know, man,” Jey Uso said. “But I would like one more crack at Gunther. I really feel like I can beat Gunther. Yeet.”
