Shawn Michaels Confirms Triple H Will Receive 2025 WWE Hall Of Fame Induction

After reports began surfacing that Triple H would be entering the WWE Hall of Fame, the company confirmed the news, with Shawn Michaels sharing video of him and The Undertaker surprising the legend.

In a recent post to X, Michaels shared footage of himself and The Undertaker surprising Triple H while at a WWE Town Hall event. The two WWE legends said that they made an “executive decision” and that it was “overdue,” and revealed that Triple H would be entering the WWE Hall of Fame as a solo superstar.

Triple H joked that he was speechless after the event, and took a moment before thanking those in attendance. Prior to this, Triple H was a member of the WWE Hall of Fame thanks to his participation in the group D-X, but will now be enshrined for his solo career.

The superstar (real name Paul Levesque) began wrestling in 1992, and joined WWE in 1995. Throughout his nearly 30-year career, Triple H was a 14-time world champion, a five-time Intercontinental Champion, one-time WWE Tag Team Champion, and two-time World Tag Team Champion.

The legendary superstar also won the 1997 King of the Ring, two Royal Rumbles (2002, 2016), and is a Triple Crown and Grand Slam winner. In 2022, the legend retired from in-ring competition.

Currently, Levesque is the Chief Content Officer for WWE, and also oversees creative aspects of the company. His work in the past few years has been acclaimed, with many dubbing the company in its “Levesque Era” thanks to its resurgence in popularity.
