AEW Collision Viewership On TNT Drops Against WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event

AEW Collision viewership was down on January 25th, as the show was up against WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Per Wrestlenomics, 250,000 viewers tuned in for Saturday’s episode of AEW Collision on TNT, which marks the lowest total number since the show was up against the return of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 14.

The 18 to 49 demographic was also down; Collision drew a 0.07 rating, which marked its lowest number since the show was up against WWE Bad Blood on October 5.

Collision faced competition from NBA and college basketball games on Saturday. The show was simulcast on Max, but the viewership information is not available.

On January 18th, the “Maximum Carnage” edition of AEW Collision drew 342,000 viewers and a 0.10 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic on TNT.

Saturday’s show featured Samoa Joe’s in-ring return and an AEW International Championship match where Konosuke Takeshita defended the title against Katsuyori Shibata. Plus, AEW Women’s World Champion Mariah May had a confrontation with Toni Storm, and Kazuchika Okada faced Komander.
