After the House of Black renamed themselves the Hounds of Hell, Buddy Matthews set his eyes on winning gold.
During the January 25h episode of AEW Collision, Buddy Matthews and Brody King spoke backstage following their win against Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona. AEW Continental Champion Kazuchika Okada was seen laughing at the group. Matthews quickly went up to Okada, who said the group barked like a bitch.
Matthews responded by saying that if Okada was so confident in himself, he should defend the title against him. Okada laughed off the challenhe, and Matthews said maybe Okada was the bitch after all.
