2K Drops Multiple Hints Regarding WWE 2K25 Before Next Week’s Reveal

2K is revving up the hype train for next week’s first big reveal of WWE 2K25.

Over the last several days, 2K has dropped multiple hints on social media regarding new features that we can look forward to in this year’s iteration of the WWE 2K series.

The first hint featured Rhea Ripley seemingly about to reveal that intergender matches would be returning in WWE 2K25 before being cut off by Dominik Mysterio.

Intergender wrestling hasn’t been a feature since SmackDown vs. RAW 2009, making its return to the franchise long overdue.

The second hint featured Jey Uso teasing that this year’s Showcase mode would feature The Bloodline before being cut off by Liv Morgan.

The third and fourth hints both seemingly teased a long-awaited feature making its WWE Games debut, The Island [of Relevancy perhaps?]. This mode goes by the name of “The City” in NBA 2K where you can interact with other people online in an open-world environment.

The first official reveal of WWE 2K25 is scheduled for this Monday during WWE RAW. However, an early leak from Steam revealed Roman Reigns as this year’s cover athlete.

A full-blown feature reveal is scheduled for the following day, January 28.

Stay tuned to WrestleZone for more coverage of WWE 2K25 ahead of its release date later this year.
