Another title match has been confirmed for WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event on January 25th.
On the January 20th episode of WWE RAW, Nia Jax attacked WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley. Later in the show, Jax defeated former WWE Women’s Champion Bayley. Ripley took the fight to Jax after the match, and she challenged her to a match at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event.
WWE then confirmed the match.
Ripley regained the WWE Women’s World Championship by defeating Liv Morgan at the WWE RAW on Netflix premiere.
The updated card for WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event is as follows:
- World Heavyweight Championship: Gunther (c) vs. Jey Uso
- WWE Intercontinental Championship: Bron Breakker (c) vs. Sheamus
- WWE Women’s World Championship: Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Nia Jax
- Braun Strowman vs. Jacob Fatu
- Shawn Michaels moderates contract signing between Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens
