Allie Katch suffered an injury at The People vs. GCW.
Game Changer Wrestling held their The People vs. GCW event at the Hammerstein Ballroom on January 19th. Allie Katch faced EFFY in a high-stakes match, as the winner would earn a shot at Mance Warner’s GCW World Championship.
During the match, Katch suffered an apparent injury, as she landed awkwardly on a dive to the outside. The match was stopped, and Katch was taken to the back on a stretcher.

GCW promoter Brett Lauderdale commented on the situation and noted it was not part of a storyline. He stated that it was a real injury. Steph De Lander then wrote that she was in the hospital with Katch. She later announced that Katch had broken her leg in two places, and she would be getting surgery within the next few days.
