Brody King Files Trademark For ‘Hounds Of Hell’

Did a recent trademark filing from Brody King reveal the new name for House of Black in All Elite Wrestling?

With the reported departure of Malakai Black on the horizon, it’s been evident that AEW looks to place some emphasis on the remaining members of the group with Brody King at the helm.

On January 15, Brody King filed a trademark with the USPTO for the name “Hounds of Hell.”

The description of the trademark is as follows:

Providing online interviews featuring professional wrestlers in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, televised appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer

It will be interesting to see how House of Black potentially converts to Hounds of Hell without Malakai Black. The former AEW Trios Champion isn’t scheduled for any more appearances with the company.

Stay tuned to WrestleZone for more on Malakai Black’s impending free agency as it becomes available.
