Eddy Thorpe and Lola Vice earned future title shots at NXT live events over the weekend.
At the NXT live event in Dade City, Florida, on January 10, Lola Vice won a battle royal to earn a shot at the NXT Women’s Championship. Stephanie Vaquer and Nikkita Lyons, among others, also competed in the match.
NXT Women’s Champion Giulia confronted Vice after the bout.
Likewise, Eddy Thorpe won a battle royal to earn a shot at the NXT Championship at the NXT live event in Jacksonville, Florida, on January 11. Oba Femi is the reigning NXT Champion; he won the title by beating Thorpe and Trick Williams in a three-way match at NXT New Year’s Evil.
As of this writing, it is not known whether these title matches will be on NXT programming or if they will be at future NXT live events.
