CM Punk had some fun with a clip of his meeting with Kieran Culkin at the WWE RAW on Netflix premiere.
Golden Globe winner Kieran Culkin was in attendance at the buzzworthy WWE RAW on Netflix premiere. He had a front-row seat for the show, just a day after he won the award for Best Supporting Actor in a Feature Film for his performance in “A Real Pain”.
In a post on Instagram, WWE highlighted the brief meeting between CM Punk and Kieran Culkin at the WWE RAW on Netflix premiere, which came after CM Punk beat Seth Rollins. The two stars bonded over how they had just scored big wins, and Culkin told Punk that he was a big fan.
Punk responded to the post with a comment, as he wrote, “We both love Pepsi. YKYK.”
Punk’s comment was a nod to Culkin’s role as Fuller McCallister in the “Home Alone” franchise. Fuller was known for drinking Pepsi, so much so that he was known for wetting the bed. In the sequel, Fuller was drinking Coca-Cola, but he was still warned about not drinking too many fluids.
Bronson Reed Teases Match With CM Punk
Many WWE stars have expressed their interest in facing CM Punk. Bronson Reed recently made it clear that he has his sights set on the former world champion. He commented on the possibility in an interview with Christopher Hudspeth of Tudum.
“I can beat CM Punk, given the match,” Bronson Reed said. “If I hit him with the Tsunami, his frail, old body will not last. So, CM Punk’s at the top of the list, but I’ve also got unfinished business with Seth Rollins, and the undisputed Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns. I feel like I’m the perfect opponent for John Cena. If you’ve watched his career, he’s always been fighting big monsters and trying to conquer them. I feel like I’m the final monster for him to overcome.”
