Chelsea Green remains interested in potentially returning to TNA through a crossover.
WWE and TNA built up a working relationship in 2024; Jordynne Grace competed in the Royal Rumble and later challenged for the NXT Women’s Championship. Joe Hendry also made several appearances on NXT programming and challenged for the NXT Championship. The crossovers led many fans to buzz about the possibility of seeing WWE stars appear on TNA programming. Chelsea Green previously expressed her interest in doing so.
Chelsea Green was asked about potentially returning to TNA in an interview with Casual Conversations with The Classic. She noted that she had texted TNA’s Tommy Dreamer months ago. (H/t Fightful for the transcription)
“I already had texted Tommy Dreamer when they first, when Jordyn Grace first surprised me at the Royal Rumble, and what she didn’t tell me, she was going to be in it,” she said. “The night before, I texted Tommy, I said, okay, bet there’s a partnership? Bring me in. Bring me and P [Piper Niven] in to go for the Knockouts Tag Team titles. Tommy Dreamer, if you’re listening, I’m waiting.”
Chelsea Green is set to defend the WWE Women’s United States Championship against Michin on the January 10 episode of WWE SmackDown.
