Corey Graves returned to NXT at WWE NXT New Year’s Evil.
NXT hit the road for their first episode of 2025, as NXT New Year’s Evil was held at The Shrine Expo Hall in Los Angeles. The star-studded show featured multiple title matches and a special appearance from The Rock. Corey Graves’ appearance made the occasion even more noteworthy. At the beginning of the broadcast, Graves joined the commentary team, and he called the action for the rest of the show.
WWE recently reshuffled their commentary teams. Wade Barrett and Joe Tessitore had been on WWE RAW, while Corey Graves and Michael Cole were on SmackDown. Cole and Pat McAfee returned to WWE RAW with the Netflix premiere. Triple H confirmed that Tessitore would be moving to SmackDown. Wade Barrett is set to be Tessitore’s broadcast partner.
