Natalya celebrated spending 18 years since signing with the WWE.
The former WWE Women’s Champion joined the company in January 2007, working in developmental for OVW, DSW and FCW. She was called up to the main roster in 2008. However, she found her earliest success with her husband, Tyson Kidd, and DH Smith as part of The Hart Dynasty.
She has gone on to become one of the most consistent women in the history of WWE, wrestling countless matches against numerous talents from across the globe.
Natalya posted on Twitter, marking 18 years since she signed her first deal with the WWE. Since that day on June 5th 2007, she has worked consistently in the WWE and been a key part of their women’s division throughout multiple eras.
She revealed that she’s wrestled 65 different women in those 18 years. Natalya claimed each one made her better in the ring and was very happy with her time in the WWE so far.
“Today marks 18 years since I signed my first @wwe contract. 18 uninterrupted years of wrestling full time for @wwe. Being able to compete in the ring with over 65 different women, who have each made me a better wrestler in their own unique way. Every match and moment has been a chance to learn, grow and to connect with all of you. I couldn’t have asked for a better story.”
Another user asked Natalaya what her favourite match from her 18-year career in WWE has been. While she pointed out that she has had over 2000 matches with 65 different women, she admits that her best match hasn’t happened yet.
