Triple H Reveals WWE’s Peacock Deal Expires In March 2026

Triple H revealed that the WWE’s deal with Peacock to show Premium Live Event runs out in March next year.

The company signed a five-year, multi-billion dollar deal to show WWE content on Peacock in 2021. This was huge for the company, as they continue to break records in viewership on the platform.

Triple H recently spoke with Sports Illustrated about the WWE’s deal with Peacock. He was asked when fans could cancel Peacock and just use Netflix to watch WWE, to which he joked that they should call Netflix to encourage them to better NBCUniversal’s deal.

He then revealed that the deal ends in Match 2026 and thinks multiple companies will want to negotiate with the WWE next year.

“Call Netflix and push for them when the PLE deal comes up.” Triple H said. “The PLE deal is up this year, okay? Good. Yeah, late—I believe it’s either late this year or early next year. I think it’s early next year, like early March. I don’t have the exact date, but yeah, early March.”

“This will be our last year on the current deal for PLEs. The WrestleMania coming up in Las Vegas will be our last WrestleMania under that existing deal. At some point this year, we’ll obviously start discussions about the new deal.”

“We’ve loved working with Peacock, and they’ll obviously get a lot of consideration as the existing partner. But I like to think that if we’re successful the way we believe we will be, Netflix will be very interested. And I think others will be, too.” Triple H said.

“When you talk about PLEs—premium live events—that’s our biggest content. It’s our most valuable content, including WrestleMania and everything across the board. I think people will come in strong for that.”

“Hopefully, between now and March of next year—well, March is the new year now, so March 2025—we’ll prove that PLEs are our most valuable content.” Added Triple H.
