Bronson Reed Provides Update On His Injury, Says He Will Miss WrestleMania 41

Bronson Reed provides some clarification.

Reed aligned with The Bloodline ahead of WWE Survivor Series. At the premium live event, The Bloodline faced The OG Bloodline and CM Punk in a WarGames Match. Reed suffered an ankle injury when he dove off the cage. He underwent surgery, and WWE announced that he had suffered a broken foot.

In a post on social media, Bronson Reed posted a statement about his injury and provided some clarification about his injury. He stated that he smashed his talus bone completely in half, and he had it surgically repaired. Reed also confirmed that he would miss WrestleMania.

“Let’s clear up some things. Dirt sheets report ankle fracture or injury,” Reed wrote. “I unfortunately smashed my talus bone completely in half, I had it surgically repaired with screws and fragments taken out. Also had some bone marrow taken from my hip and put into my foot.

“Now this means I won’t be at Raw netflix Premiere, don’t expect a rumble surprise, and the biggest loss is no mania. Please keep up with me on social media at this time. Understand I’ve had a serious injury, undergone serious surgery, and have serious implications from that. It’s not merely a fracture!”

As of this writing, there is no word on when Bronson Reed will return to the ring. WrestleZone wishes him well in his recovery, and we will provide more information as it becomes available.
