WWE star Becky Lynch will reportedly be in “Happy Gilmore 2”.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider reported that Lynch (real name Rebecca Quin) has filmed a supporting role for the film, which will be released on Netflix. This will be a fitting crossover for WWE. WWE RAW will premiere on the streaming service on January 6th.
Johnson writes that Lynch will be part of a group of golfers, which will also include Reggie Bush.
AEW star Maxwell Jacob Friedman is also part of the cast, as are Adam Sandler, Christopher McDonald, Dennis Dugan, Ben Stiller, Bad Bunny, and others. The film is set to be released on Netflix in 2025.
Becky Lynch has been absent from WWE programming since May. She then reportedly entered free agency. Her return has not been confirmed, but she was at the WWE media event to promote RAW’s move to Netflix at Netflix headquarters in December.
