The Rock Confirms He Will Be At WWE RAW On Netflix Premiere

The Rock will be at the WWE RAW on Netflix premiere.

In a post on Instagram, The Rock confirmed that he would be at the WWE RAW on Netflix premiere on January 6th. He wrote a lengthy post about his family and their legacy before he said that he would come home on Monday as WWE began a new era.

“I’ll come back home to @wwe tomorrow night as we make history on @netflix and begin a new and exciting era,” The Rock wrote. “Tomorrow night is dedicated to my grandfather, the High Chief Peter Maivia, my grandmother, Lia Maivia and my dad, Rocky “Soulman” Johnson and my ancestors who have ALL paved the way.”

The Rock also wrote that his ” Samoan High Chief Title, High Chief Seiuli” was one of the greatest honors of his life.

The WWE RAW on Netflix premiere is set to be a star-studded show. Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, John Cena, Roman Reigns, CM Punk, and Seth Rollins are all set to be there. Plus, Liv Morgan will defend the WWE Women’s World Championship against Rhea Ripley.

The Rock’s 2024

The Rock appeared at WWE RAW: Day 1 in January 2024. He then joined the TKO Board of Directors before he appeared again on the February 2nd episode of WWE SmackDown. “The Great One” was seemingly set to face Roman Reigns at WWE WrestleMania 40. However, the fans rallied around Cody Rhodes, so WWE pivoted.

The Rock turned heel and aligned with Reigns. He and Reigns beat Rhodes and Rollins at WrestleMania 40 Night One. He appeared again the following night and interfered in Rhodes’ match against Reigns, where Cody won the Undisputed WWE Championship. The Rock wrapped up his return run at the RAW after WrestleMania and said he’d be coming back for Rhodes. He later made a one-off appearance at the end of WWE Bad Blood. There, he stared down Reigns and Rhodes after they beat Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu.

WrestleZone will have coverage of WWE RAW as it airs on January 6th.
