Mercedes Moné is now a triple champion, as she won another title at NJPW x AEW Wrestle Dynasty.
At NJPW Wrestle Dynasty, AEW’s Mercedes Moné faced Mina Shirakawa in a double title match. Moné defended her NJPW STONG Women’s Championship, and Shirakawa put her RevPro Undisputed British Women’s Championship on the line. The match was confirmed after Shirakawa accepted Moné’s open challenge at NJPW Strong Style Evolved.
The two stars delivered a thrilling, hard-fought match, but in the end, the Moné Maker clinched the win for Mercedes.
Moné previously won the AEW TBS Championship at AEW Double or Nothing 2024. She later defeated Stephanie Vaquer to win the NJPW Strong Women’s Championship at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door. Moné is also a former IWGP Women’s Champion, and she was a six-time women’s champion on the WWE main roster.
Shirakawa won the RevPro title by defeating Dani Luna at RevPro 12th Anniversary Show in August. Former champions include Alex Windsor, Gisele Shaw, Jamie Hayter, Zoe Lucas, and Ginny.
