While SmackDown debuted a very basic blue mat last night, it sounds like the mat for WWE RAW will be a lot busier.
With WWE RAW moving to Netflix, there are bound to be multiple changes on the show when it comes to overall presentation. The wrestling mat in particular is reportedly set to get a huge makeover for Monday’s debut.
According to Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp (via Fightful Select), Friday afternoon before SmackDown a black mat was placed in the ring featuring the following sponsors:
- Fortnite
- Riyadh Season
- Real American Beer
- Cricket
- Snickers
- Netflix
It was intimated to Sapp that this mat would be used for WWE RAW but wasn’t flat-out confirmed.
