Jeff Jarrett Announces He’s Re-Signed With AEW

Jeff Jarrett wants one last ride.

WWE Hall of Famer Jeff Jarrett previously said that he would make an announcement about his career at AEW Dynamite: Fight For The Fallen, and a backstage segment teased that he would be retiring. Jarrett then came to the ring with his ring boots. He reflected on his career and recalled how he bet on himself by launching a company in 2002, referring to TNA.

Jarrett continued by wondering whether it was time for him to ride into the sunset. He stated that it was not. Instead, he announced that he had signed his last talent contract as a pro wrestler, as he had re-signed with AEW. Jarrett stated that he wanted one last ride, and he was chasing gold. He declared for the Casino Gauntlet Match on the January 8 episode of AEW Dynamite and made it clear that he wanted the world title.

Jarrett previously signed with AEW, both as a talent and as the Director of Business Development, in 2022.
