Tensions within The Acclaimed reached a boiling point at AEW Dynamite: Fight For The Fallen, as Anthony Bowens walked out on Max Caster.
The former AEW World Tag Team Champions faced Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin of The Hurt Syndicate. In a pre-match interview, Bowens asked Caster if he purposefully cost him his match against Chris Jericho last week on AEW Rampage, and Caster dodged the question.
Once it was time for the match, Caster tagged himself in, and he and Bowens argued. Bowens then hopped off the apron and watched on as The Hurt Syndicate dominated Caster. Lashley dropped Caster with a Spear, slammed him, and forced him to tap out to the Hurt Lock.
After the bell, Bowens walked to the back by himself, leaving Caster on his own.
